Doc2Sign allows you to create a document, submit it for signature and convert it into a certified PDF.

Access to documents can be free or restricted to a specific company. They are processed in the site's display language or in the signatory's language. The signed document is displayed in the browser or sent by e-mail.

Here are the steps involved in writing a document ...

• Log in or create a profile if you are a first-time user.
• Select "New document".
• If restricted to the company, indicate its name.
• Set layout parameters, "Save".
• Name and describe the document created in the language of your profile.
• Use the advanced editor to implement your content and fine-tune the layout.
• Frame input fields with double square brackets, specifying type and size.
• "Save all changes".
• Create a translation by copying an existing version to a new language.
• Log out to test layout and conversion.

And those of the signature for certification ...

• If it's a corporate document, log in or create a profile if it's your first use.
• Switch the site to the desired language.
• Select a document available in this language.
• Fill in all required information.
• Sign in the upper right-hand frame.
• Click on "Test" for a preview in the document.
• Delete and start again at your convenience.
• Click "Print" to generate the PDF integrating the certification.
• Send document by e-mail if enabled in profile, otherwise display in browser.
